You all must have eaten curd by making it simple or raita, but do you know that you can eat it in different ways in summers. Because doing so will not only benefit health but will also keep the taste intact. If guests come to the house and something different is served to welcome them, then the fun is different. If simple curd is served in the style of an interesting recipe, then it is a different experience altogether.

Instead of eating simple curd in the summer season, you can try some quick recipes made from it. These are easy to make and are also tasty to eat. Be it children or old people, everyone will like these recipes made from curd.

Make these three interesting recipes with curd

Dahi kabab will become your favorite

Making Dahi Kabab is very easy. To make it, use half cup curd, onion, green chilli, ginger paste, black pepper powder, cumin powder, salt, oil, bread crumbs, gram flour, cheese.First of all, tie the curd in a cotton cloth so that its water drains out, then in another vessel, mix paneer and other spices with gram flour and then add grated cheese to this mixture and add bread crumbs and give this mixture the shape of kebab and heat oil in a pan and deep fry the kebabs.

Dahi Paratha is also in the list

To make Dahi Ka Paratha, add celery, green chillies, turmeric, salt to the flour and mix well. After this, add mint leaves, one spoon of ghee and mix well. Then keep the flour aside for 10 minutes, then make balls of it and roll them. Now heat ghee in a pan and bake the paratha on both sides until it turns golden.

The taste of curd and ladyfinger vegetable is unmatched

Making curd and ladyfinger curry is quite easy. To make it, heat oil in a pan and lightly fry ladyfinger in it. Then add onion in the pan and fry till it becomes golden brown. Then add all the other spices along with onion and cook well. Now add curd and ladyfinger together and cook for some time. Add ghee, mustard, curry leaves and green chillies in another pan and after it gets heated, add tempering to the curd and ladyfinger.
